CFC Cheng Keng Yong, Bentley served as an exemplary serviceman during his time in Headquarters Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Explosives Defence Group (HQ CBRE DG) Data Centre. He constantly strives to surpass his superior's expectations.

CFC Bentley Cheng impressed his superiors with the role he played during the 14th CBRN International Commandant and Commanders Conference (ICCC) and the inaugural Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Armies CBRN Subject Matter Expert Exchange (AACSMEE) by showcasing excellent teamwork and great resourcefulness in mitigating adhoc issues that surfaced. In addition, he was an individual with initiative, constantly sharing with his peers on ways to improve the pre-existing system in Data Centre.

CFC Bentley Cheng's work processes in Data Centre will now be used as a precedent for future Int ASA to emulate. He has served a productive tour in National Service.

I have known Bentley for about 2 years and he is an exceptional student who is not afraid to push himself outside his comfort zone during his polytechnic years.
Bentley is a good speaker and he has been the emcee and the freshmen orientation 2015 and he is also the second runner up for the NYP Verbal minds. He was also in charge of planning the annual team building activities for the orientation. Bentley is a team player and is able to work well with others.
Bentley has done exceptionally well in his internship with Mothercare. He is gifted in his selling skills and customer service skills. He will do his utmost to ensure that customer is well taken care of. He has received numerous compliment letters from the customers that he had served (both local and tourist). Bentley had also won the trust of his supervisors and he was placed in charge of the part timers during the Baby Fair. He performed very well and he had won praises from the management of Mothercare for his commitment and performance during his internship.
Bentley has a flair in entrepreneurial skills. While studying in school, he also operates a business, applying what he had learnt in school into a real life. He has displayed an active interest in modules that are more entrepreneurial in nature.
Bentley has good leadership skills and is able to lead a team well. He is able to crystallize his ideas well and he has an uncanny ability to win his teammates over.
Bentley has always displayed a willingness to learn attitude. He is focused and knows what he wants. His 'never say die' attitude ensured that all tasks however difficult would be achieved immaculately on time.
